Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with chronic neck pain for more than 3 month Patient with neck disability index less than 24 Patient with prolong sitting workspace enviourment Patient with chronic headache age between 23 to 57

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with congenital/acquired postural deformities like scoliosis patient undergone the neck surgeries patient with spinal diseases like compression,tumors,neurological deficits patient with neck fracture and inflammatory disease

Pain. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and after the 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: pain will be calculated Numeric pain rating scale.;Quality of life. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and after the 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: The quality of life will be calculated by using Sf-36 quality of life scale.
