Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurses who work in the emergency department and voluntarily and without cognitive impairment, with full consciousness, the ability to communicate with verbal and non-verbal language, auditory and spoken ability, the ability to understand the objectives of the study and willingness to participate in this research. Age 55-25 years Nurses who have more than 6 months of work experience. Conscious consent to enter and participate in research Lack of familiarity with acupressure or history of its use
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Addiction to drugs and psychotropic drugs People who have taken prescribed medication in the last three months People with a history of mental disorders such as depression and anxiety People with skin lesions at the site of acupressure Pregnancy and lactation
