Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full-time Employment: Participants must be employed full-time in the emergency department of Kerman Trauma Hospital. Work Experience: Having at least one year of work experience in the emergency department. Informed Consent: Willingness to participate in the study and signing a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in life skills training programs or similar interventions (e.g., stress management, communication skills, conflict resolution) within the past six months Unwillingness to participate in the study or failure to provide written informed consent Pregnancy or breastfeeding at the time of screening
