Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 and 55 years Presence of moderate to severe nasolabial folds Willingness and written informed consent to participate Ability to attend treatment sessions and follow-up visits
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active inflammation or infection, including herpetic infection, at the injection site History of collagen vascular diseases Use of corticosteroids, immunosuppressive agents, or anticoagulant medications Platelet function disorders or thrombocytopenia Pregnancy or lactation
