Intervention 1: Intervention group: 4 weeks of training with supplements, one 1000 mg calcium tablet per day along with one 50000 international units of vitamin D capsule per week and squat exercises

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range is 60-70 years BMI between 18.5- 25 kg/m2 Inactive lifestyle Having general physical and mental health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to walk Using the drug Having chronic diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases
