3 Years to 13 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 3 and 13 years 2. Parents' consent to the child's participation in the study 3. Internal fracture of both forearm bones 4. Displaced forearm fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The need for surgical intervention before casting 2. Having underlying diseases that affect the recovery process (diabetes, autoimmune, etc.) 3. Contraindications for each casting method 4. Plastic deformation 5. Green Stick fracture or undisplaced and minimally displaced 6. Fracture of Montegia and Galzi 7. Open fracture 8. Pathological fracture 9. Tense swelling and subject to compartment syndrome

The rate of non-union occurrence in both groups.
