Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with methadone toxicity Age over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Opioid addiction Concomitant poisoning with methadone and other drugs, especially sedatives Patients who do not need Naloxone treatment Patients with heart failure patients with renal failure patients being treated with Methadone Maintenance Treatment method

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of consciousness level during tapering of Naloxone. Timepoint: Initiate treatment and then assess the patient's consciousness every 3 hours. Method of measurement: Using the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS).;Respiratory depression of the patient during reducing the dose of naloxone every 3 hours. Timepoint: Assess the patient's condition every 1 hours. Method of measurement: Based on respiration rate per minute.
