Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient being a candidate for Percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment minimum age of 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient suffering from coagulopathy anatomical defect that doesn't allow suitable positioning prior hip surgery making positioning impossible single kidney patients patients with ectopic kidney
