Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese women with a body mass index equal to or higher than 30 kg per square meter. Age group 25-45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not having sufficient BMI of the subjects Lack of interest in yoga and music Lack of motivation of subjects in performing clinical trials Not enough time by the subjects to do the test
