Inclusion criteria: Minimum cycle education At least one year has passed since the beginning of their married life. High perceived stress Conscious consent to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using drugs Existence of psychotic and suicidal symptoms Receiving other simultaneous psychotherapy
