15 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Agreement to participation in the current study Age:15 to 35 years old Good periodontal health Systemically healthy Passed at least 6 mounts after fixed orthodontics treatment Negative for hypersensitivity to Curcumine and/or chlorhexidine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tobacco usage Antibiotics, Aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) usage during the past one month Pregnant or lactating mothers

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Streptococcus mutant. Timepoint: Measurement of streptococcus mutant in the study baseline (before treatment beginning) and 2 weeks after. Method of measurement: Microbial culture.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Level difference of mutant streptococcus. Timepoint: At baseline and two weeks after. Method of measurement: Microbial culture.
