Intervention 1: Control group: In this group which consists of a part of body candidates for liposuction , tumescent infiltrate including Ringer lactate serum with 1 mg epinephrine per liter and 15 mg

Inclusion criteria: patients candidate for liposuction surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with BMI more than 29 patients with hypercoagulative state ASA class 3 & 4 patients with body dysmorphia

Intraoperative bleeding of liposuction. Timepoint: intra-operative. Method of measurement: Amount of bleeding in cc per liter measured by Klein formula.	—
