Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CAI will be defined as having at least one significant ankle sprain that caused pain, swelling, and dysfunction for more than a year, having at least 2 episodes of giving way in the past six months Scoring of = 24 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tools (CAIT), scoring less than 90% on the Functional Ankle Ability Measure (FAAM) questionnaire Activities of Daily Living (ADL) scale and 80% on the FAAM-Sports subscale questionnaire, and a score of = 11 on the Identification of Functional Ankle Instability (IdFAI) Being between the ages of 18 and 35 years old Have at least 3 years of sports experience at the rate of three sessions per week Voluntary consent of the subjects to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of surgery on the spine or lower extremities Vestibular or visual problems Voluntary dissatisfaction of the subjects to participate in the research
