Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Satisfaction with being an athlete Healthy female athletes aged 18 to 45 years with overweight (body composition index 25-30) and body fat percentage above 30% On average between 6-10 hours of training per week (In this study, we defined a non-professional athlete as someone who trains between 6-10 hours per week but does not require regular systematic training and is at a lower level of competition and whose income is not provided through sports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Premature menopause History of kidney, liver, neurological, autoimmune disease, pancreatitis, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, cardiovascular, pulmonary disorders, stomach ulcers, anemia, food allergies, hypogonadism, inflammatory diseases based on patient statements and medical history People who have participated in another study less than two months ago.

Nutritional knowledge. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 8 weeks after. Method of measurement: Administering the abridged nutrition for sport knowledge questionnaire (ANSKQ).
