Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Literacy for reading and writing Living in the village Having an active family record Continuous participation in the training program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficulty understanding and learning Occurrence of unfortunate events for the individual or family such as death or accident while studying Reluctance to continue cooperation Absence of more than one session in the training program
