18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Need for open-heart surgery Age 18 to 70 years for the patient and 18 to 60 for the patient's family Ability to understand Persian language Visual and auditory ability to understand the content of the virtual tour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Experience of unpleasant events (death of relatives, divorce, ...) in the last six months. Employment as healthcare staff, or having related education Need for emergency surgery Change in hemodynamic and physical status on the day before surgery. History of hospitalization in the ICU History of heart surgery. Mental and cognitive disorders based on self-report by the patient or family (having a history of dementia, psychosis, neurological diseases)
