Intervention 1: Intervention group 1:Milk drop intervention group. In this group, 4 plants will consume Shirafza, made by Gol Daroo Isfahan Company, three times and 30 drops each time, for 14 days aft

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious consent of the mother Gestational age between 28 and 32 weeks Tendency to breastfeed No smoking and drugs by the mother Recent Single Pregnancy No history of serious or chronic disease or mental disorders Do not use other treatments to increase milk Such as shirafza drops and milk-enhancing chemicals Absence of abnormalities in the infant Relative forecast of the baby staying in the hospital for about 14 days Oral gastric nutrition of the infant during 14 days of intervention Lack of special diet In the acupressure group, in addition to the above, healthy skin in terms of acupressure No history of breast surgery No breast problems (engorgement, mastitis and breast abscess)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue research Having the disease requires intervention in the mother Consumption of effective drugs (reducing or increasing) breast milk Failure to perform acupressure at least once a day or three times in a row Severe emotional and mental problems in the mother Infant death

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Mean milk volume of mothers with premature infants. Timepoint: In the days before the intervention and 7 and 14 after starting to take Shirafza drops and acupressure. Method of measurement: By electric milking machine once in the morning (8 to 11 o'clock).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Percentage of neonatal weight gain. Timepoint: In the days before the intervention and 7, 14 and 21 after starting the use of Shirafza and acupressure. Method of measurement: Digital scales.;Frequency of mothers' satisfaction. Timepoint: In the days before the intervention and 7, 14 and 21 after starting the use of Shirafza and acupressure.
