Inclusion criteria: Age older than 50 years old Unilateral inguinal hernia Candidate for spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bilateral hernia Strangulated hernia General anesthesia Prostate cancer BPH Orthostatic hypotention Concurrent surgery
