Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: individuals with anterior cruciate ligament injuries who are in the 6, 12, and 18-month time windows following reconstruction. Pain-free range of motion The ability to run without feeling any limitations. Willingness to participate in the research. No history of lower limb fractures. Age range between 18-45 years and no history of other lower limb abnormalities such as flat feet, bowlegs, or knock knees. No history of long-term use of medications affecting the musculoskeletal system. Having a body mass index between 18.5 to 25 (kg/m²). Having a hamstring autograft and navicular drop of more than one centimeter.
