Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range 30 to 50 years At least three days have passed since the onset of unilateral vestibular neuritis. No benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) No central nervous system involvement: Normal results on oculomotor tests No history of previous vestibular rehabilitation program Complaints of dizziness and imbalance in daily activities Not having severe vision problems (more than 4 diopters) Absence of neck pain and limited range of motion of the neck, which is assessed by asking the patient and performing normal neck movements. Not having epilepsy or having metal parts in the head or using a pacemaker that prevents the delivery of galvanic atrial stimulation. Ability to stand unassisted for at least 1 minute Abstaining from alcohol and drugs Normal hearing or hearing loss corrected with a hearing aid to hear the response stimulus in the situational test No history of orthopedic problems in the last 6 months based on self-report (lower limb fractures, dislocations, and pain in the lower limbs or trunk) Absence of obvious lower limb deformities such as scoliosis and kyphosis as observed by a physiotherapist No history of untreated rheumatic or metabolic diseases, based on the patient's medical record. The patient is not in menopause.

Exclusion criteria: Missing entry criteria Inability to perform tests Patients who, for any reason, wish to leave the plan or enter another rehabilitation program. Nausea and vomiting during the test
