ESRD. Hypertensive chronic kidney disease with stage 5 chronic kidney disease or end stage renal disease

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Melatonin: 3 mg daily orally for 3 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: Melatonin: 6 mg daily orally for 3 months. Intervention 3: Control group: placebo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complete consent to participate in this study Patients with ESRD with a history of at least 3 months of dialysis (3 times a week for 4 hours) Age 16 years and older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: STOP-BANG = 3 values that are in favor of the possibility of obstructive sleep apnea. Diagnosed with neurological disorders People with craniofacial disorders and neurological defects, whether acquired or congenital Addiction or regular use of sleeping pills Taking anticoagulants and anticonvulsants
