Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian people aged 20-60 Obtain a low score from the hope level using the Snyder Hope Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Debilitating physical illness Acute mental disorders

MeasureTime frame
Hope score in Snyder Hope Scale. Timepoint: Measurements at the beginning of the study (before the intervention), weekly during the study, at the end of the study and 1-2 months after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Snyder Hope Scale.

Happiness score based on subjective happiness scale. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), weekly during the intervention, after the intervention and 1-2 months after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Subjective happiness Scale.;Life Satisfaction Score Based on Satisfaction With Life Scale. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), weekly during the intervention, after the intervention and 1-2 months after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Satisfaction With Life Scale.
