Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Living in Javanrood city Permission to participate in the research by a gynecologist Normal pregnancy according to the diagnosis of a gynecologist Gestational age 20-20 weeks (at the beginning of intervention) First pregnancy Single pregnancy Age range 20 to 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any acute or chronic illness according to a specialist doctor History of regular participation in exercise activities in the 6 months before the start of pregnancy History of participating in exercise activities during pregnancy (before the start of research) History of psychological disorders History of abortion History of preterm delivery

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Endothelial Function. Timepoint: In the pre-test, 72 hours before the first training session and in the post-test, 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Doppler ultrasound.;Blood sugar. Timepoint: In the pre-test, 48 hours before the first training session and in the post-test, 72 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Blood sampling, enzymatic glucose oxidase method and using a spectrophotometer.;Blood pressure. Timepoint: In the pre-test, 48 hours before the first training session and in the post-test, 72 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Digital blood pressure monitor (Biurer model BM20 with systolic accuracy of ±3 mmHg and diastolic accuracy of ±3 mmHg).
