Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of bipolar disease type 1 Stabilize recovery At least one month hospitalization No mental retardation No psychotic symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No speech or hearing problems No diagnosis of sleep disorder separate from bipolar disorder
