Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women above 18 and less than 60 years The ability to understand and speak Persian Ability to read and write in Persian language Knowledge of time, location, and person Satisfaction with the Company in Study To have a smartphone and internet access and cyberspace Ability to use cyberspace The confirmation of the diagnosis of the systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)by an expert practitioner (rheumatology) Having skin rash, hair shedding or corticosteroids consumption, and the changes caused by it See the lupus clinic, shariati Hospital Follow-up and treatment records in this clinic for at least three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a limiting mental and physical illness A recent critical event or event such as the loss of loved ones and divorce

Method of measurement: Body Image Lupus Scale (BILS).;Psychological distress. Timepoint: Before intervention , after the intervention is over , and one month after the intervention is over. Method of measurement: Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21).
