Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with moderate-to-severe periodontitis requiring periodontal flap surgery in 4 quadrants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from systemic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, etc.) Use of anti-inflammatory drugs or any other drugs affecting tissue inflammation
