Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be in the first trimester of the first pregnancy Be in the age range of 20 to 30. Have conscious satisfaction and desire to participate and continue treatment. Receive a score above 30 on the Fear of Childbirth Questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a pregnancy with full care conditions. Undergo psychiatric and psychological treatments.

| Tokophobia. Timepoint: First, before starting treatment, we measure the Tokophobia with a pre-test. At the end of the treatment, we measure with a post-test. Finally, two months later (follow-up period) again, the variable will be measured. Method of measurement: Tokophobia Questionnaire (Stowell et al. 2016).;Attitude towards parturition. Timepoint: First, before starting treatment, we measure the Attitude toward childbearing with a pre-test. At the end of the treatment, we measure with a post-test. Finally, two months later (follow-up period) again, the variable will be measured. Method of measurement: Attitude toward childbearing questionnaire (Ba Ezzat et al. 2017).;Distress tolerance. Timepoint: First, before starting treatment, we measure the Distress tolerance with a pre-test. At the end of the treatment, we measure with a post-test. Finally, two months later (follow-up period) again, the variable will be measured. Method of measurement: Distress Tolerance Questionnaire (Simmons & Gaher 2005).;Resilience. Timepoint: First, before starting treatment, we measure the Resilience with a pre-test. At the end of the treatment, we measure with a post-test.
