Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmation of type 2 diabetes (fasting blood sugar greater than 126 mg / dL, oral glucose tolerance test equal to or greater than 200 mg / dL, glycosylated hemoglobin 5.6% or higher) Body mass index between 27 Up to 35, age 40 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin use, having cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disease, liver disease, kidney disease, thyroid disorder, having a history of regular physical activity for at least the last six months
