Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fasting blood sugar greater than 126 mg / dL Oral glucose tolerance test equal to or greater than 200 mg / dL Glycosylated hemoglobin 6/5 % or higher Body mass index between 27 Up to 35 Age 40 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin use Having cardiovascular disease Musculoskeletal disease Liver disease Kidney disease Thyroid disorder Having a history of regular physical activity for at least the last six months
