Inclusion criteria: Coronary heart patients hospitalized in Afshar Hospital including heart attack Stenting and coronary heart surgery Natives and residents of Yazd Consent to enter the study Literacy and use of smart phones

Exclusion criteria: Cancer patients Dialysis patients Inability to learn
