Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 65 years old 2. Access to Android phone or computer and internet to participate in virtual consultation 3. Minimum fifth-grade education 4. Diagnosis of thalassemia major by an oncologist 5. Not having treated or diagnosed psychological disorders (self-reported) 6. Not receiving any other psychological intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being a guest from neighboring provinces Patients with acute and newly diagnosed condition (using the information in the file)
