Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical student of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in basic sciences and physiopath courses Having conscious satisfaction from participating in research Age range 18 to 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not participating in similar training programs in the last six months Absence of psychiatric disorder (a short interview was conducted with each person to ensure that there was no psychiatric disorder) Absence of effective physical illness Lack of experience of severe stressful event in the last six months
