Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: have partial wisdom mandibular third molar without pericoronitis No allergies to the drugs used in the study No apparent involvement of the inferior alveolar nerve canal on OPG No infection Age range 18 to 45 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Existence of any infection Take analgesic or other medications for 24 hours before surgery Have a history of addiction to drugs or analgesic Patients during pregnancy or lactation Having a known sensitivity to analgesics Lack of complete answer to the questionnaires The patient's unwillingness to continue the study
