Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: have partial wisdom mandibular third molar without pericoronitis No allergies to the drugs used in the study No apparent involvement of the inferior alveolar nerve canal on OPG No infection Age range 18 to 45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of any infection Take analgesic or other medications for 24 hours before surgery Have a history of addiction to drugs or analgesic Patients during pregnancy or lactation Having a known sensitivity to analgesics Lack of complete answer to the questionnaires The patient's unwillingness to continue the study

Expressing the patient's pain after surgery in terms of a score of zero to 10. Timepoint: Before / 4 and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using the VAS scale.;Expression of inflammation before and after surgery based on external size of tragus-pogunion and gonium-canthus.
