Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Have a valid degree in university nursing Have at least six months of work experience. Have worked in the intensive care unit for at least one month (experience intensive care unit anxiety). Do not have psychiatric problems (such as: acute depression, psychosis) and taking psychiatric drugs (such as: Scazina, haloperidol). Do not take painkillers (such as oxazepam, librium, alprazolam) in the 24 hours before the intervention. Consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses who for any reason do not want to continue participating in the study. Not attending the meeting or not answering the questionnaires
