Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People over 18 years old with blood pressure above 120/80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of hypertension who are taking antihypertensive drugs and have blood pressure below 130/85. people with cancer Patients with secondary hypertension People with a cold Mizaj according to Persian Medicine Alcohol addiction patients with chronic kidney disease who are undergoing dialysis patients with special nutritional diets

MeasureTime frame
Systolic Blood pressure. Timepoint: The first time: before the intervention and the second time, three months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Standard and healthy Aneroid Sphygmomanometer (identical devices are used at the beginning and end of the study).;Diastolic Blood pressure. Timepoint: The first time: before the intervention and the second time, three months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Standard and healthy Aneroid Sphygmomanometer (identical devices are used at the beginning and end of the study).

Weight in kilograms. Timepoint: The first time: before the intervention, the second time will be three months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Weight in kilograms with standard weighting scale.;Body Mass Index. Timepoint: The first time: before the intervention, the second time will be three months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Body mass index is weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters.
