Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 15-50 year American Society of Anesthesiologist physical statous I_II weight 40-90 Kg apfel scale =2 posted for orthognathic surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy/breastfeeding status Allergy to any medications to be used before operation or intra-operatively History of drug abuse Patients with hystory of heart, renal, or hepatic failure
