Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with depression diagnosed with SSRIs-induced sexual dysfunction Age range 20 to 50 years Patient consent to participate in the study Absence of a bleeding disorder or blood clot such as hemophilia Do not take blood thinners such as warfarin Do not HTN or hypotention Absence of epilepsy or other seizure disorders Do not use drugs to prevent organ transplant rejection Absence of an autoimmune disease Absence of pregnancy and lactation Not Hypersensitivity to melatonin and its derivatives No history of sexual dysfunction Addiction to opium Do not take supplements to improve sexual function
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient is in menopause Lack of complete cooperation of the patient regarding the use of melatonin or the occurrence of a side effect that should result in discontinuation of melatonin
