Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male students aged 15 to 18 years. Diagnosis of kyphosis (increased thoracic curvature) confirmed by kyphometer or flexible ruler. Informed consent from participants and their legal guardians. Physical ability to perform the prescribed corrective exercises.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of spine or orthopedic surgery. Structural spinal abnormalities (e.g., Scheuermann's disease or structural scoliosis). Concurrent participation in other physical therapy or corrective exercise programs. History of fractures or acute musculoskeletal injuries in the spine and shoulders. Presence of underlying cardiovascular or respiratory diseases preventing exercise. Use of spinal braces or orthotic supports.

| The primary outcome is the thoracic kyphosis angle, representing the degree of sagittal curvature in the upper back. It is measured in degrees to assess the effectiveness of the exercise interventions in correcting postural abnormality. Timepoint: Baseline (before the intervention) and 8 weeks after the start of the intervention (immediately following the completion of 24 exercise sessions). Method of measurement: The thoracic kyphosis angle will be measured using a Kyphometer (a specialized instrument with two arms and a dial to measure spinal curvature in degrees) while the participant is in a relaxed standing position. Measurements will be taken at the T1-T2 and T12-L1 spinal levels to determine the degree of curvature. | — |
