Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Intensity of anterior knee pain. Timepoint: Before starting the training protocol (pre-test), after completing the training protocol (post-test). Method of measurement: The Visual Analogue Scale is used to assess the Intensity of anterior knee pain. This scale is a 10 cm long horizontal bar, with one end indicating zero, meaning no pain, and the other end indicating 10, meaning the most severe pain possible.;Knee function using questionnaires and functional tests. Timepoint: Before starting the training protocol (pre-test), after completing the training protocol (post-test). Method of measurement: Using the WOMA questionnaire, Single Leg Squat test.;Electrical activity of knee muscles. Timepoint: Before starting the training protocol (pre-test), after completing the training protocol (post-test). Method of measurement: Surface electromyography recording device.
