Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People with at least 3 months of sciatic nerve pain. Age range of people between 18 and 35 years old. No history of performing similar exercises in 6 months Absence of severe spinal, hip, thigh, knee, and ankle injuries or other related diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue the research and inability to perform exercises and use specific medications that affect research factors. Severe injuries such as acute lumbar disc herniation and use of strong painkillers or concomitant treatments. Failure to attend three training sessions

| Sciatic nerve pain. Timepoint: Before the start of the exercise protocol (pre-test), after the completion of the exercise protocol (post-test). Method of measurement: To evaluate the degree of sciatic nerve tension, the Straight Leg Raise Test will be utilized. For assessing pain intensity, a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) will be employed.;Lumbopelvic function. Timepoint: Before the start of the exercise protocol (pre-test), after the completion of the exercise protocol (post-test). Method of measurement: The Forward Step-Down Test will be utilized to assess lumbo-pelvic function. To evaluate lumbar movement control impairment, the Sahrmann Movement Control Tests will be employed. Additionally, the Trunk Flexor Endurance Test will be used to assess trunk muscle endurance. | — |
