Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having at least one confirmation test showing positive HIV or definite infection according to the file in the center so that the patient needs to take antiretroviral medicine. Receiving standard anti-viral treatment for AIDS. ART initiation regimen can be divided into superior regimen and alternative regimen. Receiving medicine from the center for at least three months. Adherence to retroviral treatment to the extent of less than 95% (not taking more than one dose in the last week) (based on checking the chart of the center and asking the patient) Having a minimum age of 18 and a maximum of 63 years. Access to a landline or cell phone or a remote communication tool. Ability to perform daily activities according to the patient. The ability to communicate verbally in understandable Farsi language or local dialect
