Intervention group: Intervention group: Patients with open removal fibular plate and anesthesia injection technique of 200 cc of solution containing 50 cc of 1% lidocaine and 5 cc of sodium bicarbonat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiovascular problems Patients with history of seizure Patients with history of psychiatry disorders

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: 2 weeks, 6 weeks, after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.;Bleeding volume during surgery. Timepoint: During surgery. Method of measurement: Blood volume measurement.
