Inclusion criteria: Chronic subdural hemorrhage for more than 72 hours Decrease GCS Neurological deficits Gait disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient dissatisfaction in participating in the study Taking anticoagulants History of craniocerebral surgery Rebleeding after burr hole craniostomy
