Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men; Inactive; Age 30 to 40 years; Body Mass Index 25 to 30 kg per square meter; Waist less than 100 cm; Fat Percentage 20 to 25%; Maximal Oxygen Consumption 25 to 30 ml/kg/min;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Blood Glucose above 110 mg per liter; Systolic Blood Pressure above 130 ml Hg; Hematocrit below 35%; Hemoglobin below 13 g/dl; WBC count more than 11,000 per microliter
