Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Existence of sudden sensorineural hearing loss based on audiometry Informed consent The first month of illness Unilateral hearing loss Normal calcium and phosphorus levels Age over 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Existence of acute middle ear infection Existence of Meniere disease History of trauma to the ear History of ear surgery More than a month passed since the onset of hearing loss Alcohol and smoking Using vitamin supplements Present Heart disease, hypertension, Renal disease, liver disease and diabetes Corticosteroids in the last two weeks
