Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years History of hemodialysis for at least 6 months Literacy for reading and writing Ability to communicate and answer questions Satisfaction with participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of acute cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases Lack of motor and perceptual problems that make sudoku impossible No severe neurological and psychiatric disorders such as acute depression in which a person is unable to think logically Do not abuse drugs or alcohol

Mood Anxiety Score in Spielberger Questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of state anxiety score 60 minutes after the start of hemodialysis in both groups and also general anxiety before the start of the study and 40 minutes after the start of hemodialysis in both intervention and control groups (first to twelfth session). Method of measurement: Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire.;Memory score in Wechsler questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the start of the study and 40 minutes after the start of hemodialysis in both intervention and control groups (first to twelfth session).
