Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient is satisfied with the study and fills out the informed consent form Surgery is not just septoplasty Surgery is not nose fracture Patient do not have mental illness and do not take anti-depressants or anti-psychotics The patient do not report any history of psychiatric use such as anti-depressants and anti-psychotics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Perform other surgeries such as tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy in addition to rhinoplasty Do not use intranasal pegs at the end of the operation Changes in the method of induction and maintenance of the same anesthesia mentioned in the method of study for any reason Surgery other than rhinoplasty
