Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MS with a degree of disability less than 4 Female gender Age between 30 and 60 years Ability to walk without assistance and without the use of assistive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower limb surgery Disability to walk Not participating in exercises

Pastural Control. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Berg Balance Scale.;Performance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: 25 foot walking test.;Fatigue.
