Inclusion criteria: Iranian Men and Women 18-30 years old Newly Diagnosed Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from other Psychiatric and Cognitive Disorders Medical Illness

Obsessive Compulsive Symptoms Score in the Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (YBOCS) Questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the Intervention) and 12 weeks after the start of adding Memantine tablets or Placebo to the Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI). Method of measurement: Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (YBOCS).;The score of Working Memory Symptoms (Digit memory) in the Wechsler Working Memory Scale (Digit Span Subscale).
