Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with thalassemia major Ability to read and write in Persian Ability to speak Persian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to cooperate in further study. Participate in a similar study. Absence from more than one session in training sessions.
